Established in 1962, the Williamson County Association of REALTORS provides career development and support services for real estate professionals. The Williamson County Association of REALTORS has over 1,700 members and is headquartered in Franklin, TENNESSEE.

Williamson County Association of REALTORS’ mission is to be the collective force influencing and shaping the real estate industry by serving our membership, promoting cooperation, and maintaining ethical and professional competency.

Williamson County Association of REALTORS’ vision is to provide meaningful services designed to enhance the professional and personal success of our members.

Williamson County Association of REALTORS Board of Directors

Williamson County Association of REALTORS is governed by a twelve-member Board of Directors elected by REALTOR members of the organization. There are eight Directors and four Officers. Elections are held on the first Thursday of September each year. Directors serve for two-year terms and Officers serve for one year, commencing December 1st each year.
