The Tri-City Association of REALTORS serves REALTORS and other real estate related businesses in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State (Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, West Richland, Benton City, Finley, Burbank, Prosser, and other areas of Benton and Franklin Counties).

The Tri-City Association of REALTORS exists to serve the members and our community by:

  • Promoting member education for productivity and ethical standards
  • Providing services to conduct business with integrity and competency
  • Promoting harmonious relations among members
  • Encouraging and defending the right to own and transfer real property
  • Informing the public of the value of using a REALTOR
