The Voice for Real Estate in St. Paul Minnesota

The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS was founded in 1886. Today it has more than 5,000 members. Members are either licensed REALTORS that abide by a strict code of ethics, or professionals within the real estate industry offering services such as home inspection, appraisal, or mortgage services.

The association functions as a business resource to its members, and also offers services to the public.

For members we provide industry information, advocacy, continuing education, professional supplies, representation within the state and national associations, MLS support, dispute resolution and much more. In addition, we give members an opportunity to become actively involved in forming association policy, public policy, and association events.

For the public we provide housing statistics, dispute resolution, and information on regional housing resources. We can also provide advice on how to choose a REALTOR, where to find tips on home selling and buying, and general questions about what licensed REALTORS are required to do for them in the home sale & purchase process.
