National Association of Mortgage Processors Predicts Mortgage Loan Modifications Will Sky Rocket

November 16 2008 - With many mortgage lenders and banks nationwide feeling pressure to help home owners stay in the their homes Loan Modifications are becoming more and more popular. Over the last several months lenders are pressed to offer Loan Modifications as way to help suffering borrowers prevent losing their homes. This 3-hour Loan Mod webinar will: 1) Negotiating With The Mortgage Servicer, 2) Required Documentation & Forms, 3) Profit Center: What, Where & How To Charge Fees, 4) Ethics: Counseling The Borrower, 5) Legalities: Potential Pitfalls, and 5) Finish with an Open Forum Q&A Session.

This monthly webinar is designed for any mortgage professional who is looking to diversify their product offerings and generate additional income. This webinar will cover all aspects of the front-end selling to the servicing side of loan mods.

NAMP has chosen Bonnie Hild as the instructor, and as an active FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) Underwriter, Bonnie has 25+ years of Government underwriting experience working for several major FHA lending institutions.
