HOA Abuses in Phoenix
There is a man on death row in Arizona right now, who lost his home over the ‘right’ to trim his rosebushes
Phoenix, Arizona - As a former 45 year Arizona resident, in what is defined as ‘exile’ now in the Midwest due in part to both the illegal immigration situation and property theft, and a judicial property theft in an HOA action in Scottsdale Justice Court (in which the judge allowed two attorneys in the defense of a small claims matter, both a CAI affiliated attorney, and one with the insurer under a policy for which I was unknowingly then paying through my assessments for my own abuse), over a twelve year over-collection in assessments for which there was attorney and judicial misconduct throughout and resulted in a $17,000 fee award, and then ‘fire sale’ of my property under threat’s of seizure and then additional harassment which occurred, the purpose of this letter based on my expeience is to keep the following in mind when ‘interviewing’ the CAI representative as stating this organization ‘represents the Associations’ in these communities.
