Flipping Real Estate Topic at Networking Meeting

Napa Success Connection, a local business networking club, invites the general public and interested business owners to attend a presentation by local Realtor Gunter Pirchner, titled “Flipping Properties in Today’s Real Estate Market.”

The presentation is Oct. 10, 8 a.m., at the Napa Senior Center house, 1518 Jefferson St., in Napa.

The event is free.

Pirchner is with Frank Howard Allen Realtors and has many years of experience in the local real estate market. He will explain the challenges and opportunities that are available in the current market and answer questions to help participants make decisions when considering real estate purchases and sales.

Napa Success Connection is a business networking group, open to one member from each profession.

The club’s focus is in sharing business referrals, working with fellow members to grow their businesses and to participate as a group in community events.
