Coldwell Banker Slashing Home Prices
Real estate broker discounting prices an average of 9 percent for 10-day sale
May 29 2008 - To spark a cool housing market, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is having a 10-day sale, cutting prices of more than 1,000 properties at least 5 percent.
The brokerage has 39 homes in St. Lucie County and 24 homes in Martin County on sale in the event that starts Sunday and lasts through June 10. Prices will be discounted an average of 9 percent.
Indian River County is not part of the regional sale, which includes South Florida.
