Capital Region housing market continues slide
The Capital Region housing market continues to cool, according to numbers released today by the Greater Capital Association of Realtors. Albany County, where the overall number of closed sales in the years first six months edged up one percent, compared to the same period last year, was the regions only county to see an increase in sales.
